Introduction

Our hosting is available to customers whether they have a web site with us or not and all hosting packages come with the same level of support so that you can rest assured your question and problems will get resolved quickly.

We have designed 4 packages to meet most of our clients needs, should you require we can create a custom hosting package to suit your needs.

Hosting Explained

Hard Disk Space

The amount of space you have to store files, pages, images, sounds, email or videos on your site. We can help you decide how much space will suit your businesses needs when choosing a package. If you find you require more space at a later date this can be adjusted for a small fee.

Email Accounts

Depending on your requirements email accounts can be very useful. Email accounts come in the form of sales@www.yourdomain.com or enquiries@www.yourdomain.com and allow you to filter incoming email to the correct departments, see at a glance who should be dealing with the email or an idea as to its contents. Our hosting packages also give you an email client where you or your staff can view their emails.

Sub Domains

The use of sub domains can be varied, a typical sub domain would look something like http://www.mysubdomain.mydomain.com. You may wonder what could be the use of such a feature, however as your business grows or diversifies you could add a sub domain and have it point to a separate site that caters for that specific need. You could also have a sub domain setup to handle trade orders.

Bandwidth

Bandwidth is the amount of data that can be downloaded from your site. Each time a user looks at your site the files contained within that page are downloaded to the users computer. The larger the bandwidth the more users your site will be able to handle. We can help guide you as to the amount of bandwidth you may expect to use and if you site gets really popular for a small fee we can increase your bandwidth. Don't worry if your bandwidth gets used though, as we operate a fair usage policy and if you reach you limits we will extend it and contact you if it continues to rise at a fast rate.
