Teeny Beanies products are fun and bright and their company reflects this in it's approach to business. Objectives:Teeny Beanies required a fun site that would be enjoyed by not only children but was interesting for adults too. With an expanding product line and busy schedule of craft fairs and promotional stores, an easy to find calendar and news page were required. Photographs show casing the products with a fun display system and detailed description of product information were needed. Teeny Beanies wished also to be able to communicate with client and wholesale customers via news letters and wished to separate and send different offers to either cliental. In the new year Teeny Beanies wish to sell their products via an online store and add more products to their range. A company logo was required and Teeny Beanies commissioned a local firm to produce designs along with Elda Solutions. Solution:We set about designing our bid for Teeny Beanies company logo and presented the client our sample designs. One of our designs was chosen and we set about the task of designing the look of the site. The final design made for a fun yet stylish look which complimented the company logo. We used the R1 CMS system to allow Teeny Beanies the flexibility that they required and the features that were in the brief. The news feeder was used which allowed news articles to be uploaded quickly and the calendar which ships with R1 was ideal for their busy stand appearances. Customers and trade clients could sign up to the site and receive news letters. Result:Teeny Beanies web site now presents the fun and interactive site that they required. It gives the company the flexibility to grow and add content as required. The R1 site can also be upgraded to allow the use of a shopping cart which was ideal for their plans in the new year. The finished product looks and feels fun and interesting and adds to the products appeal. |
